Minutes from January 15, 2011
1. Meeting called to order by Stephen at 1:30 PM. The following were present:

2. Minutes of November 20, 2010 approved, including the proposed slate of officers for 2011.
3. Quorum present voted unanimously for the proposed 2011 slate, as follows:
President John Gould
Vice President John Feemster

Treasurer Mary Doherty
Tech Advisor John Feemster
Webmaster Gary Garcher/Vaughn McIlrath
4. In-coming President John Feemster took the floor, in the absence of John Gould. He gave a report on the EAA 110 UL Board meeting held just before the regular meeting.
Board meeting attendees were J. Feemster, M. and J. Doherty, V. McIlrath, B. Meuse, D.

June Flight Demos/Displays at Hollister

John Feemster will coordinate with Todd Minier, Wings of History, concerning the May
Open House. John Feemster or John Gould will attend WHO planning meetings
5. Secretary’s report (Mann) – the 2011 schedule was presented
6. Treasurer’s report (M. Doherty) – Year end report attached below. Dues for 2011 now due. $25.
7. Webmaster’s report (McIlrath) EAA-supplied Web page coming. McIlrath working with Garcher
8. Tech Talk – John Feemster presented several Sport Pilot exam questions to the group
9. At 2:30 PM the meeting was closed and the Round Robin begun.
