Stephen reviewed up coming calendar with discussion as detailed below.
Old & NewBusiness:
A motion to donate $250 to ‘WHO’ was discussed and was tabled until next month.
October will be nominations month followed by elections in November.
Club ads for Aircraft and partnerships were reviewed noting four aircraft for sale and shared ownership available in two aircraft. See web.
Treasurer's Report: Vaughn checked our on line blance as $792.
The may airport day was discussed with plans for an ultralight fly-by and a light Sport fly-by. We will provide static displays and with luck have an EAA 110 RV headquarters. Hopefully Bob Shea will have his powered parachute.
Bob Shea was not present to discuss Web site upgrades. Vaughn proposed a limited access web upgrade with links to more pictures of our aircraft.
Vaughn is continuing to develop our mug shots.
Oct. 18th – John Feemster, Flight advisor, Bi-annual review
Nov. 15th – John Gould presents 20 years of Oshkosh journeys.
Dec. planned Christmas dinner with Wings of History.
The EAA 110 hangar was discussed with the potential to add a Trike.
Business meeting was closed at 1:53.
Rich Grialou began his program on aircraft electrical systems:
First obtain or create a schematic.
He referenced a web site: www.aeroelectric.com.
His presentation will be up-loaded onto our web site.
Round Robin highlights:
Our RR continued based upon Rich’s presentation as each member shared their electrical story. The discussion was so well developed that we had to call time at 4:00 pm for the club house and museum closing time. More discussions continued into the parking lot.
