Steven Mann called Meeting called the meeting to order at 1:33 pm
| 1. Mr. Mann presented the agenda and called the officer reports. 2. John Gould’s Minutes for July were approved as posted on the web and email. 3. Mary Doherty’s Treasurers’ report was $353.78. 4. John F tech advisor report would be later in the program. 5. No Old Business. 6. New Business to follow announcements as part of program. 7. Announcements included: · Don W passed his Physical! · Rich G and Jogb G passed BFR’s. · Jim & Mary’s Ody is airworthy. · George W will make cowling’s first cut! · FAA will now require registering aircraft every three years!! · E16’s AWOS is operational (408-918-7724). · 1964 Cougar donated to the Flying Aces Inc., our associated club, is in process of FAA legal transfer. 8. Program Meeting: Mr. Feemster, as chair of the light sport pilot program, presented the initial outline for Wings of History. He has created an extensive program with slides for review and comment by the membership. Keypoints were: · Medical status of failed vs expired. · BFR may require more ground school. 9. The Round Robin talks follwed. |
