Motion to approve minutes.
Floor opened to nominations. Motion approved to close nominations. A unanimous vote to elect the officers for 2008.
Steve White was nominated and elected Safety Officer, an added position.
Discussion of By Laws with request that Blade post them on the web site.
Wings of History Christmas party Sat. Dec 15 is open to all - members or not - for $10 per person.
Need more people to sign up for 16hr LSA repairman course at Aircrafters, WVI. To sign up contact Dave at: email@aircraftersllc.com
EAA E-16 hangar passed inspection with only a note to unplug long extension cords.
New board meeting invited to Feemster house in Pacific Grove.

Feb 2008 begins 8th year of EAA Ultralight 110 Inc.
John Peterson joined as the 72nd member.
